Terms of service
Common Memory Labs · Effective 25 October 2026
These terms govern your use of ContentOS, operated by Common Memory Labs (“we”). By creating an account or using ContentOS you agree to them. If you use ContentOS for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
The service
ContentOS learns about your business in a conversation, writes a marketing strategy and a campaign of social posts, designs them, and, once you approve them, publishes them to the Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect. Features may change as the product develops.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep access to your email account secure.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account and in your workspace.
- You must be at least 18.
You approve what is published
ContentOS writes with AI. AI can be wrong, and ContentOS flags claims it cannot support from what you told it, but it cannot know everything about your business. Nothing is published until you approve it, and you are responsible for checking that what you approve is accurate, lawful, and yours to publish, including prices, offers, and any claims about your products or results.
Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you give ContentOS: your business information, brand assets, photos and videos.
- You give us permission to use them only to provide ContentOS to you: to store, process, design with, and publish them as you direct.
- The posts ContentOS creates for you are yours to use, in ContentOS and elsewhere.
- Only give us material you have the right to use. Do not upload anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use ContentOS to:
- publish anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, or harassing, or that endangers anyone;
- make false or misleading claims about products, prices, health, or finances;
- break Instagram’s, Facebook’s or Google’s rules for the accounts you connect;
- get around limits, access other people’s data, or disrupt the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Connected services
Instagram, Facebook and Google Drive are run by Meta and Google under their own terms. Publishing depends on them: if they reject a post, change their rules, or are unavailable, a post may not go out on time, and ContentOS will tell you so you can post it yourself.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, when offered, are described in the app with their price before you buy. Unless the plan says otherwise, fees are not refundable for a period already started.
Privacy
How we handle personal data, including data from Google and Meta, is described in our privacy policy.
Ending your use
You can stop using ContentOS at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
No guarantees, and limits on liability
ContentOS is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any campaign will produce a particular result. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or reputation, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app or by email before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use ContentOS after that means you accept the new terms.
